Please read this Policy carefully and choose to accept or not accept it. Your registration, login, and use of the Application will be deemed as acceptance of this Policy and agreement to be bound by all its terms. This Policy may be updated by ViralSaver at any time; updated terms will replace the original terms upon publication without separate notice. Users may review the latest version of the Policy within the Application. If you do not accept the modified terms after any revision, please immediately stop using the services provided by ViralSaver. Your continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified Policy.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) Collection of Information

During your use of the applications or services we provide, we may collect, use, and store the following information about you. If you do not provide such information, you will be unable to enjoy the corresponding services we provide:

1. When you register with this Application, you are required to provide us with your mobile phone number, SMS verification code, and the login password you wish to set. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above information, you may not be able to complete the account registration process.

You may also fill in or supplement other additional information (including your nickname, avatar, gender, and birthday) during registration, login, or subsequent use. This will help us provide you with a better service experience, but if you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of this Application.

2. When you log into this Application, you are required to provide us with your mobile phone number and login password (you can change your mobile number or modify your password in Me - Account Information). If you do not provide the above information, we will be unable to provide you with services that require login, such as accessing the video library, copy library, editing tools, courses, and other services.

3. When you reset your account password, you are required to provide us with your mobile phone number, SMS verification code, and new password. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above information, you will be unable to complete the password reset.

4. When you download this Application for the first time and launch it, you are required to authorize us to use your wireless/data network for in-app services. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above authorization, some functions of the Application may not work properly.

5. When you complete real-name verification, we will collect your real name and ID number. You should enter all the above information as prompted on the page, and agree to allow us to compare and verify the name and ID number you provide with institutions authorized by laws and regulations or government authorities. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the above information, you will be unable to complete the real-name verification and may also be unable to use related services.

6. When you use the search service, we will collect your search keyword information and log records. To provide efficient search services, some of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored on your local storage device, and search results and search history may be displayed to you. This also helps us improve our products and services. If you wish to delete your search history, you can clear the records in "Search Box - Search History."

7. We will collect International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) encrypted with MD5 algorithm, Android ID (obtained when the app is running in the background), and network device address (MAC), as well as phone model, names, version numbers, and package names of software on the phone, software usage time and frequency, software crash logs, application installation list, running process information, and clipboard content to count the number of users of our product, analyze product usage, investigate crash causes, reduce crash occurrences, and use internal update methods to continuously improve our products. This information may involve personal identity and other private information.

8. We will use your ID type, ID number, mobile phone number, operating system, unique device identifier IMEI code, login IP address, and operation logs to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security hazards, illegal activities, or violations of agreements, terms, or rules with us, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and us.

9. When you use sharing services, you can use the "Share" button to share certain content to WeChat and other third-party platforms. These functions may collect your personal information (including your log information) and may install cookies on your device in order for the above functions to operate properly.

10. When you use payment services, the services are provided to you by third-party payment institutions cooperating with us. Third-party payment institutions may need to collect your name, bank card type and number, expiry date, and mobile phone number. Bank card number, expiry date, and mobile phone number are sensitive personal information and are necessary for the payment function. Refusal to provide this information will prevent you from using this function, but will not affect the normal use of other functions.

11. To make it more convenient for you to use this Application's services, you may choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances:

(1) Storage-related functions/services: We will use this permission when you need to change your avatar or save multimedia files such as images to your photo album.

(2) Camera (photo library)-related functions/services: You can use services such as image uploading.

(3) Network communication functions: Only after you enable the network communication function of this Application can you obtain various services provided by the server system through our client.

(4) Phone (device identification information)-related functions/services: Used to identify users, prevent malicious programs, and for secure operations. (Personal common device information: refers to information describing the basic status of a person's commonly used devices, including hardware serial number, device MAC address, software list, unique device identifier (such as IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card, IMSI information, etc.).)

(5) Floating window permission, obtained dynamically, requires user authorization. Used for the floating ball feature.

12. Information collected by third-party SDKs during your use of the services: To provide service operations, we embed third-party SDKs. The following describes the data collected by third-party SDKs at the time this Policy took effect. The content is provided by the third parties to which the SDKs belong, and this document is only a restatement. If you choose not to provide the information described, you may not be able to use the corresponding service. Please note that confidentiality for information collected by third-party SDKs is the responsibility of the third parties. Please refer to the third-party privacy policies for the relevant confidentiality policies.

If a third-party institution refuses to provide or is unable to obtain your data, the corresponding service will be unavailable. You may refuse or revoke the relevant permissions, but this will affect the use of some services.

13. If we change or exceed the scope declared at the time of collection in our use of your personal information, we will notify you again and obtain your explicit consent before using your personal information.

(2) Use of Information

  1. We will collect International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) encrypted with MD5 algorithm, Android ID (obtained when the app is running in the background), and network device address (MAC), as well as phone model, names, version numbers, and package names of software on the phone, software usage time and frequency, software crash logs, application installation list, running process information, and clipboard content to count the number of users of our product, analyze product usage, investigate crash causes, reduce crash occurrences, and continuously improve our products. To improve the security of services provided by us and our affiliated companies and partners, to protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public from infringement, and to better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, and other security risks, and to more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or related agreement rules of this Application, we may use or integrate your account information, device information, software usage information, and information shared by our affiliated companies and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law, for identity verification, detection and prevention of security incidents, and to take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with the law.
  3. Exceptions to obtaining authorized consent:
    1. Directly related to national security or national defense security;
    2. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
    3. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
    4. For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, where it is difficult to obtain the person's consent;
    5. The personal information collected has been voluntarily disclosed to the public by you;
    6. Necessary for signing and performing a contract at your request;
    7. Collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports and government information disclosure channels;
    8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of this Application's services, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
    9. Necessary for conducting legitimate news reporting;
    10. Necessary for conducting statistical or academic research in the public interest, and when providing the results of academic research or descriptions externally, the information contained in the results is de-identified;

II. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

  5. Search history: You can clear your search history on the search screen of this Application.

(2) Changing the Scope of Your Authorization or Withdrawing Your Authorization

You can withdraw all privacy authorizations by canceling your account, deleting all user information in this Application, or uninstalling this Application. We will no longer collect, use, or provide to third parties personal information associated with that account. However, for information provided or generated during your use of our services, we still need to store it anonymously for the period required by regulatory requirements, and authorized authorities still have the right to query it during the legally required storage period.

You can also change part of the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting personal information and revoke your authorization by modifying privacy settings in your phone's operating system. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will be unable to continue providing you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the prior use, storage, and provision of your personal information to third parties that we conducted based on your authorization.

You can cancel your account in "Me - Account Management - Cancel Account."

(4) Responding to Your Requests

If you believe that we have collected or used your personal information in violation of laws and regulations or your agreement with us, you can also contact us through "Customer Service" or by sending an email to chenghengkj@163.com to request the deletion of your relevant personal information. We will confirm the issues involved within 15 working days and respond and handle them promptly after a dedicated person verifies your user identity.

V. How We Protect Your Personal Information

We strive to provide security for users' personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or public disclosure.

(1) To ensure the security of your information, we will use security protection measures meeting industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and current technological levels. We will adopt physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration, and endeavor to prevent data from being accessed, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, or lost without authorization.

(3) If all or part of the services we provide cease to be used, we will notify you through message notifications, and simultaneously stop collecting your personal information and other operations related to the relevant services, to protect the security of your personal information. If all or part of the services cannot be used due to technical failures, network attacks, natural disasters and accidents, human factors, or other reasons, we will take emergency handling and recovery measures to restore the services as soon as possible.

(4) The internet environment is not one hundred percent secure, and we will do our best to ensure the security of your personal information. If our physical, technical, or administrative protective facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, destruction, or other personal information security incidents, we will activate emergency response plans, prevent security incidents from expanding, and notify you of the relevant situation through push notifications or message notifications. (5) When you use this Application's services, we will use your mobile phone number, name, and ID number to verify your identity. Please make sure to keep the above information safe. Once you disclose the above information, your account information may be compromised, and your personal rights and interests such as financial security may suffer losses.

(6) We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that personal information unrelated to the services you use on this Application is not collected.

VI. How This Policy Is Updated

In necessary circumstances such as changes in relevant laws and regulations or changes in our services, if we need to make modifications to this Policy, we may announce them through immediate notification (including pop-ups, page prompts, etc.) or feature update descriptions, which will take effect upon publication and supersede the previously relevant content. If you do not agree with the new modifications, please contact us promptly or immediately stop using the services stipulated in this Policy. If you choose to continue using the relevant services, you will be deemed to have fully agreed to and accepted the new modifications. VII. Other Provisions

(1) The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. Where there is no explicit legal provision, domestic common practice may apply.

(2) Regardless of the reason, the partial invalidity or unenforceability of this Policy shall not affect the validity of other parts of this Policy.

(3) Matters not covered by this Policy shall be handled in accordance with laws and regulations, our relevant business rules, and domestic common practice.
